I read this book in middle school and fell in LOVE with it. I searched for it on Amazon and was so excited to find it! It's one of my favorite childhood books :) So this guy enters a dessert contest every year and tries to win but fails miserably each time. His desserts always turn into some living, moving object. Sounds silly, I know, but it's good! (at least in my 13 year old memory of it)

I studied Spanish for years in high school and college, but only the basics stuck with me. I'd love to actually MASTER the language, and I hear that Rosetta Stone is the best product for learning languages. It's not cheap, but definitely worth it!

Okay, for those of you who know me, you know that i LOVE music. My boy Ryan came over one day and hooked up this neat little toy to my speakers and we had a DJ session for hours on my laptop. This is by FAR the most amazing portable mixing engine for your laptop. No need for heavy duty machinery. Saving my pennies though. It costs about a grand.

This is a more durable paper that is suitable for illustrations. I want to do more ink and marker drawings, so this paper would be perfect.

I used to LOVE this book as a little girl! I came across it the other day in a friend's car and couldn't believe my excitement. I have to get this book back in my life...
